First time trying out New Happy Garden in Elora! Very happy with the food, I got take out, took about 10 minutes, I got two of the combination plates, Combo C and Combo G, both with 3 chicken balls, one with mix veggie the other with chop suey includes rice and egg roll and sauces. Everything was so yummy!! Great value for the money, $13.99 each, the lady taking my order was super nice and helpful! I will definetly be back as its really difficult to find good Chinese food, lots to choose from on their menu with pictures , Thanks so much

Their chow mein and Kung Pao chicken are especially good, with fresh ingredients and a balanced taste. The sweet and sour spare ribs are also worth trying, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The soup options are limited but light and go well with the main dishes. Service is friendly, and while the dishes don’t come out extremely fast, you can tell they’re freshly made. Prices are reasonable for the area, offering good value. Overall, New Happy Gardens is a solid choice for casual dining. The food may not be over-the-top impressive, but it’s consistent, tasty, and authentic. If you’re in Elora and craving Chinese food, this is a nice spot to visit.

I recently ordered a lunch special of sweet and sour chicken with noodles from and decided to enjoy it at a Victoria park. The portion was surprisingly large and definitely satisfying. The chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sweetness and tang, and the noodles were a delightful complement.
